Data Collection Specialist II

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts walk-through surveys to assess condition of Property development.
• Makes sure to safely access roofs when necessary.
• Takes photographs of representative systems and conditions.
• Performs data collection on building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, point of sale).
• Logs information into a client database.
• Maintains adherence to client site visit protocols.
• Travel is required potentially up to 100% of the time, for periods of time.
• Uses critical thinking skills to solve basic to moderate-level complexity of projects.

Qualifications, Education And Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with using an iPad/iPhone and iOS systems.

Reasoning Abilities

• Solves problems and deals with a variety of options in complex situations.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.

Other Skills And Abilities

• Competency with various programs, apps and web platforms for data gathering.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
