Data Specialist

About the role

This position is responsible for centrally maintaining critical MEM (Machinery, Equipment, and Molds) Data to ensure our business system processes are integrated. Data maintained includes equipment move grids, MEM contracts, inventory, full service monies, CCR, parts pricing, scheduling, productivity logs, and other items pertaining to MEM data integrity. The role is proactive in improving MEM data integrity to support customers, sales, and finance, and works closely with internal customers for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring all equipment pick-ups, placements, and moves.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and validates MEM data in SAP.
• Maintains all scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO.
• Manages all daily scheduling needs.
• Facilitates daily communications with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
• Makes decisions based on information provided by Sales, PCNA, and other departments that directly impact customer service.
• Meets the routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
• Handles record keeping and placement of PBV Equipment throughout NC.
• Performs varied general administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
