Data Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- DISENGES and IMPLEMENTS data management processes to support licensing, inspection, and enforcement activities.
- DEVELOPS queries and reports within the DHE Tracker system to facilitate quality assurance and data analysis.
- OVERSEES data quality control, including developing and managing quality assurance procedures.
- PROVIDES guidance and technical assistance to staff on database organization, documentation, and workflow improvements.
- COORDINATES and ADVISES on proper documentation practices and policy updates related to data systems.
- SUPPORTS application testing, manages system tasks, and GENERATES monthly reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in application testing.
- Proficiency in SQL, including developing and writing queries.
- Experience analyzing data and building custom reports.
- Oracle database experience.
