Data Solutions Analyst

About the role

This is a 100% on-site position located in Fayetteville, AR. We are currently unable to offer relocation assistance, so we are primarily seeking local candidates or those already planning to move to the Northwest Arkansas area.

Core Analytics Background

• 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analyst, reporting automation, dashboard development, or related technical analytics role.

Automation & Scripting Skills

• Hands-on experience using Python, JavaScript, and/or Google Apps Script to automate reporting processes, transform data, or improve business workflows.

Power BI Expertise

• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting logic, data modeling, and maintaining business-facing reports.

Advanced Spreadsheet Tools

• Advanced Google Sheets experience, including complex formulas, structured reporting templates, data validation, and workflow support.

WOW if you would bring this in

• Experience with KNIME or Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, standard SAP reporting/export processes, and Google BigQuery or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with Körber WMS (or other warehouse management systems) along with experience handling API integrations or automated data feeds.
• Foundational knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Basic experience with HTML or web-based content structure and exposure to data modeling concepts for dashboard development.

Qualifications

Bring a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering—or substitute with 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business systems, or process automation.
