Data Services Support Specialist

Your Impact

• Receive, review, and process incoming files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain required documentation, reporting, and file uploads
• Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
• Support Operations teams by assisting with ticket resolution and production-related requests
• Communicate with clients regarding approval statuses and validation updates
• Prioritize tasks, track project progress, and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders
• Avoid issues by identifying and resolving them quickly to maintain smooth production operations
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• One to two years of experience in data processing, operations support, production support, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn internal systems and production processes
• Successfully completed a pre-employment keying test
• Ability to remain on the production floor until scheduled break times
• Ability to be present and available at scheduled work times and locations
