Data Scientist - Workforce Analytics

Support the EEO office by providing oversight, compliance, and data-driven insights to promote equal employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and analysis.
• Develop queries using Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Analyze workforce metrics and employee sentiment to identify barriers.
• Communicate complex findings visually and verbally to diverse audiences.
• Support reporting requirements.
• Participate in related meetings and working groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in social science or workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and tools like Tableau, Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with human capital data in an EEO context.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

• Advanced degree.
• Expertise in coding.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership to drive organizational change.
