About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex security challenges. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain statistical models using Python, R, or other relevant tools
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Security clearance required
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
