Data Scientist with Security Clearance

About the role

Data Scientists are needed to work on advanced data analysis projects that support national security initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models, conducting statistical analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
• Create and maintain documentation of analytical processes and results
• Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data science or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Security clearance is required

Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure
