Who you'll be: We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Scientist with over 10 years of experience to develop advanced machine learning models and generative AI solutions. The role is pivotal in powering intelligent products and data-driven decision-making through a comprehensive approach across the full model lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to support intelligent products.
- Prototype scalable predictive, classification, and optimization solutions.
- Integrate modern generative AI techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and MLOps teams to establish rigorous experimental designs.
- Monitor model fairness and governance to ensure ethical AI practices.
- Translate complex algorithmic outcomes into production-ready systems and impactful stakeholder insights.
