Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Analyze job seeker behavior, job data, and product performance• Define metrics and design experiments to evaluate new features• Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting workflows• Explore opportunities to improve recommendations, search relevance, and engagement• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders• Collaborate in person with product, engineering, and AI teamsQualification Required • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field• Experience with Python and SQL• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA Preferred • Experience with machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, or experimentation• Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, notebooks, or data visualization tools• Experience working with large or messy datasets• Interest in responsible use of data and AI in career products• Previous research, internship, or analytics project experience
