Responsibilities

• Analyze job seeker behavior, job data, and product performance
• Define metrics and design experiments to evaluate product changes
• Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting workflows
• Investigate opportunities to improve recommendations, search relevance, and engagement
• Present findings clearly and make actionable recommendations
• Document analysis and collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, or experimentation
• Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, notebooks, or data visualization tools
• Experience working with large or messy datasets
• Interest in responsible use of data and AI in career products
• Previous research, internship, or analytics project experience
