Experience as a tech lead or main developer implementing, deploying, and maintaining production solutions. Agentic systems design and implementation (tool use, orchestration frameworks, multi-step reasoning workflows). LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation, observability/monitoring. AWS services. Python. CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade AI solutions.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems, including tool integrations, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Develop and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability/monitoring practices.
• Build scalable applications and automation workflows using Python and AWS services.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or primary developer delivering production solutions.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
