Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe. We are looking for a Data Scientist in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis services, including data graphics and dashboards, to help identify challenges and opportunities Leverage coding skills and proficiency in Tableau to transform unstructured data into actionable insights, supporting customer decision-making related to production, resources and personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field)
• 5 years of experience in data analytics, with proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and SQL querying
• 5 years of experience utilizing Python or R programming with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• 5 years of experience with time-series data ana lysis and producing data visualizations
• US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Skills

• Experience with Tableau Prep
• Experience using Splunk, including automated processes
• Experience using enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices

Pay

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00 Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
