About the role

Lead Data Scientist in the Data Science team, responsible for developing and standardizing statistical models, data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making across MRO shops and the global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate advanced analytics models
• Define data standards and build data pipelines
• Develop operational dashboards and reports
• Ensure data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate business questions into data solutions
• Promote best practices in analytics and data governance

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• At least three years in data science or analytics
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Experience working with complex datasets and integrating data from various systems
