Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end data science projects that improve product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to translate business questions into analytical approaches with clear metrics and success criteria.
• Develop, test, and validate machine learning models and statistical analyses under guidance from senior team members.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to support deployment of models and analytics into production systems.
• Apply best practices in data cleaning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and documentation.
• Communicate findings, insights, and technical concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with common machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Experience using ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Starting pay: $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
