Data Scientist

About the role

Transform operational, monitoring, and performance data into actionable insights for leadership and engineering teams. Produce executive-level visualizations, summaries, analytical narratives, heatmaps, and trend analyses. Develop robust analytical models to evaluate service performance and identify operational trends. Create clear, consumable reporting that enhances situational awareness across the enterprise. Integrate data from various systems including monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational platforms. Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with federal reporting expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, data science, or performance reporting
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana
• Experience producing executive-ready dashboards, heatmaps, and analytical narratives
• Ability to translate complex datasets into interpretable visual and written insights for leadership
• Strong understanding of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation
• Must hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation
