Data Scientist

Location: Springfield, VA (NGA) • On-site • TS/SCI clearance required

About the role

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support challenging assignments within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. You’ll develop and sustain operational data pipelines, implement enterprise solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational data pipelines that support multiple data formats and interfaces
• Leverage APIs to query systems and migrate data
• Develop dynamic visualizations to monitor availability, currency, and volumetrics of data pipelines
• Implement processes, standards, and tools aligned with the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise
• Work with NGA IT enterprise solutions (e.g., NGA CORE, NGA MLOps), Government Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and Non-Person Entity (NPE) certificates

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud architectures
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Desired Skills

• Experience with NGA IT enterprise solutions (e.g., NGA CORE, NGA MLOps), Government ATO processes, and NPE certificates
• Experience implementing Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise processes, standards, and tools
