About the Opportunity

The Data Quality Professional plays a key role in supporting client business development and relationship management by ensuring accurate, high-quality data. This remote position emphasizes quality, accuracy, and independence while contributing to the organization's goal of maintaining reliable data to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work weekly according to deadlines
• Review and update client data following Style Guides
• Research and validate information using internal and external sources
• Resolve data discrepancies and merge duplicate records
• Follow standardized procedures for data clean-up projects
• Apply sound judgment to determine accurate data
• Review audit feedback weekly and implement corrections
• Communicate issues proactively with the team
• Participate in team meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in detail-oriented roles
• Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with high accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in virtual settings
• Technical proficiency with software tools and systems
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent time management
• Commitment to maintaining quality and confidentiality

Preferred:

• Some college coursework or higher education experience
• Experience with CRM systems (training provided if needed)
• Prior experience in a law firm or familiarity with legal industry data

Technical:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $15.00 per hour
