Data Quality Analyst

About the role

A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support a critical data management and cleanup initiative. This role will focus on improving the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM records, including company profiles, contact information, and relationship activity data.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and update CRM records to ensure company, contact, and interaction data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, including duplicate records, missing information, inconsistent formatting, and outdated contact details
• Perform ongoing data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate contacts, standardizing fields, and improving overall database integrity
• Research internal systems and external resources to verify and enhance contact information, including titles, employment history, company details, and professional backgrounds
• Review relationship activity records and ensure key information is properly documented within the CRM platform
• Reconcile data between CRM systems, internal databases, and third-party sources to maintain consistency across platforms
• Assist with data quality reporting, tracking outstanding issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Partner with business teams to support CRM accuracy and ensure information is maintained according to organizational guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, data entry, research, or business operations; financial services experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high levels of accuracy
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including sorting, filtering, and managing large datasets
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
