Data Quality Analyst

A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support a critical data management and cleanup initiative. This role will focus on improving the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM records, including company profiles, contact information, and relationship activity data. ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and update CRM records to ensure company, contact, and interaction data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standardsIdentify and resolve data discrepancies, including duplicate records, missing information, inconsistent formatting, and outdated contact detailsPerform ongoing data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate contacts, standardizing fields, and improving overall database integrityResearch internal systems and external resources to verify and enhance contact information, including titles, employment history, company details, and professional backgroundsReview relationship activity records and ensure key information is properly documented within the CRM platformReconcile data between CRM systems, internal databases, and third-party sources to maintain consistency across platformsAssist with data quality reporting, tracking outstanding issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvementsPartner with business teams to support CRM accuracy and ensure information is maintained according to organizational guidelines Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, data entry, research, or business operations; financial services experience preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain high levels of accuracyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including sorting, filtering, and managing large datasetsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
