Data Quality Analyst

We're looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our Enterprise Data team in Greenville, SC, and help us ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data that powers our mission.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, assessing, and improving data quality across cloud environments
• Building scorecards
• Conducting audits
• Automating validation processes
• Partnering with business, BI, and technology teams to certify data for consumption
• Leading root cause analysis
• Driving solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or data management
• Hands‑on SQL expertise across Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server, and/or Snowflake
• Experience in cloud environments and data warehouses
• Python skills for automation and data validation
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex data challenges
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels — from data engineers to senior leadership
