Core Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Decision & Root-Cause Remediation
- Translate complex analytical findings into concise visual stories and briefings that drive timely actions across the production site and downstream customers.
- Design and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards that surface defect trends, first-pass yield, scrap rates, and other KPIs to enable real-time, actionable decision-making.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators; maintain audit-ready data to satisfy ISO 9001/AS9100 and other stringent regulatory and contractual standards.
- Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Program Managers, engineering leads, and Change Control Boards to align on quality objectives and deliver timely health metrics.
- Leverage Python, VBA, or Alteryx to automate data extraction and trend analysis, reducing manual effort and accelerating the decision cycle.
- Identify and ingest Client internal and external data sources; build robust ETL pipelines with rigorous quality assurance and lineage documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
- Professional experience analyzing large datasets, building automated reports/dashboards, or supporting quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment and communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with statistical methods used in manufacturing (SPC, Capability Analysis, Pareto, Design of Experiments).
- Certification or training in Six Sigma, Lean, or other structured continuous-improvement methodologies.
- Experience building automated data workflows or ETL processes using Python, SQL, or Alteryx.
- Prior experience in Aerospace, Defense, or High-Reliability Electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other aerospace quality standards.
