Data Quality Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance for large-scale system implementations and migrations.

About the role

This role will partner closely with technical teams and project managers to validate data across source and target systems, resolve complex discrepancies, and ensure production readiness throughout the migration lifecycle. This is a full-time, hybrid, on-site opportunity based in Raleigh, NC; Lafayette, LA; Hartford, CT; or St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data validation activities supporting large-scale system implementations and migrations while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Validate data across source and target systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Develop validation methodologies and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams.
• Support production readiness and migration activities.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, ETL Validation, Business Intelligence, or Data Testing.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation experience.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting ETL testing or migration validation.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $71,700.00 – $194,000.00.
