Data Quality Analyst
About the role
NA Digital Care is adding a Data Quality Analyst to support data-quality assessment, validation rules, exception analysis, and remediation tracking. The role is remote and best suited to someone who works carefully, communicates clearly, and can manage assigned priorities without losing important details. You will use common digital workplace tools to organize assignments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with others. Procedures may evolve over time, so part of the role is learning updated requirements and applying them consistently once they are approved. Some assignments will be routine and repetitive, while others will require closer review. In both cases, you should keep decisions grounded in available information, document exceptions, and avoid making assumptions that are not supported by the record.
