DATA-PROSPECT RESEARCHER – GRADUATE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of material/data
• Research on alumni/donor address
• Affiliate with CAMS data updates/entry
• Build donor profile
• Affiliate with field report entry from Development Officers
• Develop/compile stories/surveys & results from incremental years of alumni
• Affiliate with special events coordination within the Advancement Office
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Available to give tours to visiting alumni
• Ambassador, promote WPU, its program and experiences
• All Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Abilities: Attention to details and recording of data
• Abilities: Maintain confidentiality of data
• Abilities: Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgment
• Abilities: Good written and oral communication skills
• Abilities: Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assigned tasks and meeting deadlines
