PROSPECT RESEARCH SPECIALIST, DATA INTEGRITY

About the role

Monitor and resolve data quality control lists in BBCRM to maintain accurate and reliable donor and prospect records. Perform routine audits to identify and correct duplicate, inconsistent, incomplete, or inaccurate donor and prospect data. Review new donor records for accuracy, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, constituencies, related records, and potential duplicates. Track data cleanup activities and report on progress, trends, and outcomes to support ongoing data integrity efforts. Manage and fulfill bulk data requests submitted through ServiceNow (SNOW), coordinating with Prospect Research and Data & Reporting teams as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a related role
• Must be MS Office proficient, including MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree (nice to have)
• Experience with data integrity/hygiene (nice to have)
• Nonprofit experience (nice to have)
• CRM software experience (nice to have)
• Raiser's Edge or Salesforce experience (nice to have)

Pay

$27.00 per hour

Schedule

8AM – 5PM ET (7AM – 4PM CT) Monday through Friday
