Associate Prospect Research & Analytics Specialist
About the role
Assists in identifying prospective individual, foundation, and corporate opportunities using public financial, philanthropic, and biographical data. Helps in creating concise, accurate, and timely research profiles and ratings to support initiatives and strategic plans of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Aids research to develop donor and prospect profiles to move suspects and prospects through the prospect pipeline.
- Helps maintain a steady stream of proactive and reactive research using wealth screening tools and online databases.
- Analyzes wealth, philanthropy, and complex financial data to develop capacity ratings.
- Supports prospect screenings, especially time-sensitive daily screenings.
- Tracks and reports news and information about top donors and prospects.
- Assists in reporting and data integrity for prospect management.
- Assists in identifying potential prospects using in-house tools and information.
- Operates with direct guidance; work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
- Performs related duties as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
