We are seeking a Data Program Manager to lead the design of advanced reporting solutions that enable strategic decision-making across revenue management. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of competitive offer reporting in a complex and fast-evolving airline environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of working autonomously to deliver complex solutions
  • Independently uncover business problems and design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting tools that convert complex data into actionable insights
  • Lead initiatives to evolve competitive offer and performance reporting capabilities
  • Connect competitive landscape data with KPIs such as market share through scalable analytics solutions
  • Identify and provide insights to executive leadership to inform pricing and revenue strategies
  • Build subject matter expertise across various data streams and dashboards
  • Build and optimize workflows supporting 200+ analysts across multiple entities
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive innovation in analytics and reporting
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or revenue management
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, and Tableau
  • Strong experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Proven ability to communicate insights to executive audiences
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Execute with a Sense of Urgency
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • Deep experience in airline revenue management or network planning
  • Strong understanding of industry metrics and datasets (PNRs, fares, schedules, etc.)
  • Expertise in building scalable analytics frameworks and tools
