About the role
Responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Implement and maintain software solutions to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver project plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of common IT infrastructure and network technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
