Agencia R is seeking a Data Processing Clerk for a remote role centered on structured document, information, and transaction processing with careful record control. You will work through defined processes, document what you complete, and raise questions when information is incomplete or inconsistent. Because the position is remote, work should remain visible through clear status updates, well-maintained files, and concise written notes. Good handoffs matter: another team member should be able to understand what was completed, what remains open, and what evidence supports the current status. The work may involve sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information depending on the assignment. Confidentiality, appropriate access, and careful handling of records are expected throughout the process.

Responsibilities
- Update processing logs so current status and outstanding items remain visible.
- Escalate incomplete, duplicate, or conflicting submissions for appropriate review.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and unresolved exceptions.
- Protect confidential information while handling business and customer records.
- Support process improvements by identifying recurring errors or avoidable handoff problems.
- Check required fields, attachments, and supporting information before marking work complete.
Requirements
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Willingness to learn filing, processing, and record-retention standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience suitable for an entry-level processing role.
- Attention to detail when comparing records, fields, and supporting documentation.
- Ability to follow sequence-based procedures and document exceptions clearly.
Pay
$38,000-$48,000 per year
