Data Privacy Analyst II
Duties And Responsibilities
- Covers the life cycle of consumer and sensitive data.
- Coordinates and conducts analysis for business-wide privacy programs.
- Processes all Data Subject Requests.
- Reviews privacy and security controls and makes compliance recommendations.
- Researches and responds to privacy-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Makes compliance recommendations for third-party contracts regarding privacy practices and controls.
- Prepares ad hoc reports on privacy analysis for the business.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Legal Services and Privacy related field required.
- OneTrust experience/certifications related to the Privacy Rights Automation Module that include creating and updating web forms and workflows for legislative compliance.
- Experience in privacy analysis, information security and process management work required.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements
- Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Starting Salary
$100,000
Salary Increases: Year 2 - $105,000 | Year 3 - $112,500

This role is eligible to participate in the ALDI Legal Hybrid Work Program, which requires work in-office at least 2 days per month.
