About the role

Morton is seeking a Database Platform Lead to oversee the ownership, operations, and ongoing development of an enterprise Data Lakehouse platform for a large professional services organization. This is a highly visible, business-facing role requiring a strong combination of technical understanding, platform ownership, stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise data platforms, preferably within Microsoft Azure and Databricks environments, and the ability to coordinate technical teams, vendors, and business leadership to ensure successful platform operations.
