About the role

The Data Platform Lead will be responsible for leading and evolving the enterprise data strategy, designing and implementing a SQL Server-based data warehouse, building and optimizing ETL pipelines, data models, and BI solutions, establishing data governance, quality, and documentation standards, mentoring and guiding a team of data professionals, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve enterprise data strategy across engineering, analytics, and reporting
• Design and implement a SQL Server-based data warehouse
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and BI solutions
• Establish data governance, quality, and documentation standards
• Mentor and guide a team of data professionals
• Possess strong technical skills in T-SQL and Power BI
• Have advanced expertise in data modeling, ETL, and SQL-based systems
• Show proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on technically

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data leadership role (Data Platform Lead or similar)
• Advanced expertise in T-SQL and Power BI
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and SQL-based systems
• Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on technically

Benefits

Salary: $130,000 – $155,000
