Key Responsibilities
- Data management. Data operation, maintenance, support, and oversight across critical operational processes in key enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Addepar, Vestmark, and others.
- Data integrity. Quality Assurance for critical data (e.g., client structures, attributes, account feeds). Where required, data remediations and support.
- M&A support. Data conversions and migrations to integrate newly acquired firms into Corient.
- Documentation. Robust documentation of policies, procedures, process maps. Supporting documents for client data updates where required (e.g., asset valuations).
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Background in Financial Services, consulting, or high-growth technology environments preferred.
- Distinguished academic track record in quantitative discipline.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience in data operations, data management, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated familiarity with advanced data tooling (e.g., SQL, DBT), or a strong aptitude to ramp up quickly in these tools.
- Previous experience with platforms like Salesforce or Addepar, or a strong aptitude to ramp up quickly in these tools.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
- Corient will require proof of work authorization.
- Corient participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
