Data Modeler
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in data architecture, database design, and system integration modeling.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business requirements.
- Design and maintain relational databases, hierarchical structures, and Cosmos DB/JSON document models.
- Create information models for system integrations and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure effective data solutions.
- Participate in Agile and SDLC processes and maintain data modeling standards and documentation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with enterprise information management practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in domain modeling and integration modeling/REST APIs.
- 7+ years of experience in database design and hierarchical data structures.
- Strong understanding of logical and physical database design concepts.
- Experience with RDBMS platforms and Cosmos DB/JSON document databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to AI, Automation, and related technologies.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $85,237 - $110,786.
