Responsibilities

• Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively as a subject matter expert.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Design and implement data models that meet business requirements and enhance data usability.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor team members on best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Data Architecture
• Bachelor's Degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Data Quality Tools Methods, AI Data Strategy, and SAP ABAP Managed Database Procedures
