About the role
The Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's data management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee data governance and ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality and integrity.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on data management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage complex data systems and processes.
- Experience with data governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
