Data Labeling Specialist

About the role

As a Data Labeling Specialist at SKELAR, you help neural networks understand contexts. Your role involves detailed annotation of photos and texts according to guidelines. You don’t just filter content—you become a teacher for AI, where every decision sets a benchmark for future technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain consistently high data processing speed without compromising quality or accuracy for each individual decision;
• Actively contribute to establishing unified team logic during discussions of complex cases to minimize discrepancies in annotation;
• Demonstrate exceptional flexibility by quickly mastering new project types.

Requirements

• Ability to make logical decisions based on large volumes of information;
• Skill in clearly arguing your opinion and explaining the logic behind your choices;
• English language proficiency at B1 level;
• Readiness for active teamwork;
• Quick adaptation to new annotation rules that may change dynamically;
• Availability of a personal laptop or PC and a stable internet connection;
• Prior experience with ML data labeling is a plus.
