Data/Information Architect - Consultant

About the role

Position: Data/Information Architect - Consultant. Duration: 12 Months. Location: Columbia SC 29210 (Onsite from day one). Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online. Possibility for Extension: Yes. Work Location: Fully Onsite - 5 days per week. Work Address: OTIS and DIS: 4430 Broad Rd, Columbia SC 29210. Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required; open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours. All travel-related costs for onsite work are the responsibility of the resource. Scope of the Project: Public-facing dashboard development and support; perform data analysis and data-driven insights for various stakeholders; develop and support CRM systems; create detailed documentation to facilitate use and future modification of dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support admin management initiatives utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, SAS.
• Perform development in database environments such as MS SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or similar environments.
• Assist with support of Tableau environment and associated public-facing dashboards.
• Perform development and/or support in CRM such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot.
• Participate in software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps.
• Provide data-focused strategies that add value to the organization and promote efficiency.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.
