Data Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support governance and MDM initiatives
• Own governance workflows and metadata practices for designated domains
• Contribute to governance controls, remediation workflows, and stewardship accountability processes
• Cook up governance activities and help operationalize governance processes within business domains
• Communicate the operational value of governance initiatives through documentation and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in data governance, MDM, analytics, operations, or related enterprise data roles
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, metadata management, reference data, and governance frameworks in multi-domain environments
• Working knowledge of modern data architectures and integration with governance in data engineering and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate governance requirements into clear business value narratives and communicate effectively with different audiences
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline and strong attention to process consistency

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
