Data Analyst

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own data products end-to-end, focusing on accuracy and client value
• Analyze massive datasets to derive insights focused on client questions
• Tackle complex data challenges using analytical judgment and creative problem-solving
• Leverage AI and tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate across functions with Research, Engineering, and other teams to enhance productivity
• Identify and propose opportunities to improve methodologies and processes

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services, management consulting, data science, or tech
• Strong fluency in SQL; Python or PySpark experience is a plus for automating analyses
• Proven ability to learn complex data methodologies and build strong mental models
• Demonstrated ownership of complex analytical problems and proactive decision-making
• Clear communication of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Active usage of AI tools to enhance productivity and process efficiency

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually
