Data Entry Team Lead

Job Description

Coordinates data entry initiatives determined by the Senior Data Quality Manager and firm leadership, including:

• Making sure EA/PA Data Entry Team requests are monitored and supported
• Ensuring high data quality and accurate reporting during pre- and post-acquisition data handling through cross-team collaborations
• Maintaining Data Team processes and documentation
• Participating in CRM account and contact record enrichment as part of acquisition activities
• Distributing and working CRM non-IT Compass tickets in a balanced way considering Data Team member workload and knowledge level
• Engaging in strategic projects as requested to support firm growth efforts
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on Data Team to resolve issues and assist in training needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, administration, and data quality projects
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High degree of organization
• Critical thinking
• Passion for excellence
