Responsibilities
- Coordinates data entry initiatives determined by the Senior Data Quality Manager and firm leadership
- Maintains and reports status on special data team projects
- Assists in the development and maintenance of Data Entry Team processes and documentation
- Participates in CRM account and contact record enrichment as part of acquisition activities
- Distributes and works CRM non-IT Compass tickets, balancing workload and knowledge level
- Supports firm growth efforts through participation in strategic projects as requested
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert on Data Team to resolve issues and assist with training needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, administration, and data quality projects
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High degree of organization
- Critical thinking
- Passion for excellence

The salary range for this position is $18.95 - $28.91 per hour.
