Data Entry Specialist - Financial Services
TEKsystems is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a large-scale integration initiative focused on registration compliance, data processing, and operational support. This role is predominately remote with some in-office days monthly.
About the role
The Registration & Compliance Operations Specialist will support high-volume data validation, reconciliation, and administrative processing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across large datasets
- Review spreadsheets and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
- Execute high-volume data entry and administrative updates
- Support day-to-day operational processing workflows
- Assist with:
- Licensing and registration record maintenance
- Insurance and compliance documentation processing
- Disclosure and termination support activities
- Utilize internal systems to update, maintain, and track records
- Document case updates, notes, and processing activities in workflow tracking tools
- Adhere to established procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience in data entry, data processing, administrative operations, or similar support functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUPs
- Pivot Tables
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage processing, financial services, banking, or related industries
- Exposure to compliance, registration, licensing, or operational support functions
- Experience working in broker-dealer or regulated environments
- Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Smartsheet
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay
The pay range for this position is $27.58 - $27.58/hr.
