Data Entry Specialist
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems.
- Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision.
- Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry.
- Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations.
- Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a data entry, tracking, or administrative support role preferred.
