Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

The Data Entry Specialist operates within business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development. This role ensures data and reporting reliability by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions through specialized data entry practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data entry with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
• Review Swift 7 Consultants role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability for data-focused tasks.
• Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational demands.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to support data integrity and workflow transparency.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

• Ensure data and reporting reliability remains usable under the specific demands of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
• Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have assigned owners, and errors must be addressed proactively.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
