About the role
This position is essential to maintaining data integrity and supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Data Entry Specialist ensures the quality and accuracy of data that supports the organization’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems while following established formatting and classification standards
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies
- Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement
- Meet established productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment
- Basic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay
$25.00–$30.00 per hour
