Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and computer systems from various source documents.
- Review data for errors, deficiencies, or inconsistencies, and perform necessary corrections to ensure high-quality information.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies at all times.
- Organise and manage files and documents effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is an asset.
