Data Entry Operator
About the role
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for intake and inventory of Cannabis product in the manufacturing facility. This position reviews and maintains all manufacturing data and validates production in the operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Consistently knowledgeable and compliant with all Rules and Regulations.
- Follows company policies and state guidelines.
- Compiles, verifies accuracy, and sorts information according to priorities.
- Transfer data from paper and electronic files into a database system.
- Sorts and organizes electronic files after entering data.
- Maintains files of source documents or other information relative to data entered.
- Performs data-entry tasks, making tags and manifests.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors.
- Audits Inventory Control Forms with METRC, Air Tabel and other internal data systems to identify discrepancies.
- Ensures proper classification and accuracy of inventory.
- Assists in or performs the filing and storage of security and backup data files.
- Retrieves data and reports from databases as requested.
