Data Entry Operator

About the role

We’re seeking a Data Entry Operator I to work at a leading organization in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities

• Printing and entering information into a system in a repetitive, manual process
• Reviewing part numbers on invoices and referencing a cheat sheet to apply invoice funds to appropriate accounts
• Coding invoices as needed and supporting the vendor conversion process going live on October 5th
• Reporting to a supervisor or team lead and asking questions to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work (must-have)
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks and data entry
• Willing to ask questions and seek clarification as needed
• Prefer a business casual work environment
• Interested in a temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent

$18–$20 per hour

Schedule

Up to 8 hours a day, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
