Data Entry Operator

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Job Description Provides program and operational support. Performs general work activities in support of office systems. Review and compare information across spreadsheets, electronic case management systems, reports, and supporting documentation to verify data accuracy and consistency. Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies to support research and resolution efforts. Update records within the case management system and other databases in accordance with established procedures and verified information. Perform data entry, record maintenance, quality assurance, and validation activities in support of departmental projects and operational priorities. Maintain organized records of work completed, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress, trends, or issues to the assigned supervisor. Protect confidential client information and comply with all applicable agency policies, procedures, and data security requirements. Skills Required Strong keyboarding skills. Ability to follow instructions Experience Required Previous Data Entry related experience. Education Required High School Diploma/GED. Work Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Additional Information 3-month assignment.
